My date with Old Man Winter {Marysville Ohio Photographer}

One of the greatest joys of being a public school teacher is the shrill cheer that echoes through the hallways when the principal announces that school is dismissing early due to snow.  The madness that ensues as a result of that same announcement is crazy but truth be told, the teachers love it just as much as the kids do!  So what's a teacher to do when school dismisses early?

I came home to play in the snow!  My new fence that borders my yard is so pretty when snow perches on it.

The dog, however, was not amused to be asked to romp with me through the white stuff!

The bushes that I planted in the fall are sleeping but I can't wait to see what they'll bloom into in the spring!

It was one of those snows that was so beautiful and I just took my time and listened to the snowflakes fall.  Thank you for your visit Old Man Winter!    I look forward to our next date.  Wilson on the other hand, will be waiting for you on a warm blanket inside the house where he longs to be when you visit!

Resolutions {Marysville Ohio Photographer}

Resolutions in 2011

1.  Carry my camera more often and capture my life, not just the special moments of my clients.  And then, share them with you.

2.  Declutter the kitchen by not dropping everything I bring into the back door on the countertop.

3.  Take more risks, because being a risk-taker brings adventure and makes memories.

4.  Run a 5K in 2011.  For those of you that know me personally, you know I can't run the 50 feet between my front door and my mailbox.  For me, this is going to be H.A.R.D.  But today, was the first day of my torture training and I made it (minus the last two minutes because I thought I was dying)!

What's on your 2011 list of resolutions?  I can't wait to hear all about it!

Twenty ten was a great year of meeting new clients, capturing some great images and making many memories! Enjoy the Best of 2010! I can't wait to see what 2011 has in store!

Happy New Year All!
